CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?

We want every customer to be tremendously happy when they receive a C51 product but we understand that there are occasions you may want to return an item.

We're sure you'll like your products, but if not, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days for a full refund (excluding original delivery fees). Simply contact us and let us know the reason for returning. You will need to repackage your items the way they arrived. Refunds will be made within 5 working days of the item being returned. Postage costs will be refunded if the item is damaged in transit or if the wrong item was sent, we cannot refund costs for items that are in good working order. Sorry.

On bespoke items we take a 40% deposit to buy materials that are needed for the work, we cannot refund this 40% once work has begun on bespoke products.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

Cancelations are welcome on standard items bought from the website as long as it is before they are dispatched. This excludes bespoke products, as above 40% deposit cannot be refunded once work has begun.

If you have a change of heart, you can cancel at any time before your item is dispatched. Simply contact us and we'll cancel your order and give you a full refund. Cancellations made after the dispatch of your item(s) will need to be made at the time of delivery, via a refusal of delivery or within 14 days of delivery by contacting us.
